211s throughout the country respond to more than 1.7M requests for help in Spanish annually - up 300% over past years. United Way Worldwide wanted to ensure their website also assisted people in Spanish and was responsive to the increasing demand of diverse populations.

Along with already supporting many 211 lines with on-demand over-the-phone interpretation, 九色 was able to oer a turnkey website localization solution called OneLink which allowed United Way to quickly and easily support Spanish without additional resources internally.
