Michael Davis has worked in the field of diversity and inclusion consulting for over twelve years. He comes to ¾ÅÉ« from the Futurework Institute, a New York-based diversity consulting firm that originated from Towers Perrin. As a former Towers Perrin consultant, and a founding member of the Futurework Institute, Mr. Davis's experience includes leadership in all aspects of the global diversity consulting business.
