¾ÅÉ« has won the patent infringement case against MotionPoint, with the jury ascertaining that the website translation patent held by ¾ÅÉ« is valid. The jury established that MotionPoint had infringed the patent after a three-week trial of the case.

¾ÅÉ« emerged as the perfect winner in the case where MotionPoint slapped the infringement case on ¾ÅÉ« in 2009 for three of its asserted patents.OneLink (News ¨C Alert), the patented software for language translation from ¾ÅÉ« was the object of the litigation filed by MotionPoint. The Court is yet to pass on a verdict ascertaining the total damages to be paid to ¾ÅÉ« and also decide on whether to pass an injunction to block MotionPoint from infringing ¾ÅÉ«¡¯s patents in the future. The jury verdict in favor of ¾ÅÉ« is being considered a landmark decision, thus fortifying ¾ÅÉ« reputation in the market for delivery best-in-class language translation technology and services.
